Example of how to interpret the figures provided below (Eau Claire table, 1st column): Of the UW-Eau Claire library (top-level) Web pages, 97.5% contained at least one image without alternative text, 15% contained at least one image-map hotspot without alternative text, and 7.5% included at least one instance where form control and its label were not explicitly associated with the LABEL element.

Note: For the campus and library sets, "top-level" refers to homepages and the pages directly linked to them (one link-layer down from the homepages within the pertinent folders or domains). For the "academic/departmental" set, "top-level" refers to the homepages of the respective units.
