1. The Association materials will continue to be housed in Archives. Most books and pamphlets will be cataloged and classified according to Library of Congress principles. The materials will be labeled and barcoded.
2. Some materials, such as miscellaneous journal issues, will be cataloged with brief records. Class numbers and barcodes may or may not be appropriate.
3. The books which are copies of materials already in the University Library collection will be added to existing records as copy 2, 3, etc.
4. The copy holdings screen will use wfha as location. The public catalog will show location as Archives/FHAW.
5. Add to each new and existing record:

6. Processing:
In each item, write Archives/ On spine label:
FHAW FHAW
call no. call no.
etc. etc.
Don't use copy numbers.
Put a security strip in each item.
Barcode each item.
