Book Sale - Friday, February 18th from 11:30am - 4:30pm & Saturday, February 19th from 10:00am - 4:00pm in LRC 107 (off the west lobby)

Notable Books Marathon Friday, February 18th from noon-2:00pm in LRC 108 (adjacent to the Book Sale in the Quiet Study Room)

What's a "Notable Books Marathon?"  Librarians and English Faculty will present "notable books," brief book talks recommending recently published books.  Each presenter will:

• Tell what attracted them to the book
• Share a bit of information about the author
• Provide a brief plot summary (without giving away the ending of course!)
• Comment on the style and/or technique
• Give additional information about the book that will help you decide whether or not to give it a try
• Read a small passage or quote they liked.
