STAT-USA

The UWSP Library is pleased to announce Internet access to the U.S. Department of Commerce's STAT-USA/Internet. STAT/USA publishes business and economic information from over 50 Federal Agencies, including over 300,000 reports and statistical series. Areas include:

Exporting and international trade reports, including Market Research Reports cabled back each day from U.S. embassies and consulates, Domestic contacts from the Export Yellow Pages, Merchandise Trade Statistics from the Census Bureau, and Trade Leads.

Domestic economic and business information, icluding National Income and Product Accounts, Regional Economic Data including personal income, wages and employment for states and local areas, Housing and Population Statistics, and the Economic Report of the President.

Major databases in STAT-USA/Internet include the National Trade Data Bank (NTDB), the National Economic, Social, and Environmental (NESE) Data Bank, the Economic Bulletin Board (EBB), GLOBUS (Global Business Opportunities Service), and the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA).
