New Library Forms

By selecting Borrowing / "Interlibrary Loan Forms" area on the Library's Web, Faculty, Staff, graduate and now, undergraduate students, too, can fill out forms to request books and articles not owned here, through the Interlibrary Loan office.

Stop in at the Interlibrary Loan office (Room 104D, University Library, or call 346-2809) if you have questions about the Interlibrary Loan process.

For assistance regarding logons, passwords, or if you have problems viewing or submitting forms, please contact the Information Technology Help Desk (346-4357) located in the basement of the Learning Resource Center. Features of the new interactive forms include:

• For your individual files, personalized responses with complete details of your request.

• A database that stores your personal or course (for Reserves) information, saving you from having to fill out repetitive information each time you use the system.

• Access for UWSP students, faculty, and staff from anywhere (in the world!).
