To link to Library Forms from the Web, select "Fill out Library forms" from your Web browser from the UWSP Home Page:

Select the appropriate form, fill it out, and Send Request. Requests are received in the ILL office the morning of the next work day. UWSP Faculty, Staff and Students may use this service.
