The Art of Choreography:
Critical Thinking & Human Movement

Date: Wednesday, March 13, 2002

Time: 3:00—4:00 p.m.

Where: Alumni Room, University Center

Discover how your everyday movements can be transformed into lively choreography. Susan Gingrasso and her students Megan Northrup, Colleen Coy, and Carrie Lande will take you through an experiential journey to help you connect your movement with your critical thinking skills. The lively interplay between movement behavior and movement thinking will be explored through choreography. This mind-body knowing forms the foundation of the choreographic process, something we all engage in every day.

Note: Choreographic experience not necessary! Experience greeting people, shaking hands and having fun is essential.
